BHUBANESWAR: With reports of 4 fresh cases, COVID-19 positive cases in Odisha reached at 54, sources said. The Health and Family Welfare department in its official twitter post confirmed that four persons Saturday tested positive to the highly infectious virus.
It said of the total 3551 samples tested so far, 3497 tested negative while 54 samples gave positive result to the COVID-19.The state presently has 41 active cases while 12 persons have recovered and one died.
416 faculties & staff of SCB Medical College Hospital and 72 of MKCG Medical College Hospital have been given critical care training, official said adding that 1600 medical officials of AYUSH & 1,17,279 ASHAs & AWWs have been given basic training.
