CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR:   Odisha Chief Minister Mr Mohan Charan Majhi on Friday paid a visit to Cuttack’s Barabati Stadium and reviewed preparations for February 9  Encounter between India and England. As many as 44,524 spectators will sit and watch the game in Barabati Stadium.

Chief Minister Majhi, Sports Minister Suraj Suryabanshi, CM’s Advisor Prakash Mishra, Advocate General Pitambar Acharya, OCA Secretary Sanjay Behere and local MLAs participated in the review meeting.

CM Mr Majhi and others are expected to attend the day-night One –Day International Cricket Match.

This ODI series will serve as a crucial warm-up for the Champions Trophy, which is set to begin on February 19 in Pakistan and Dubai. OCA Team led by Working President Pankaj Lochan Mohanty is giving final touches to preparations for the ODI.
