PURI/BHUBANESWAR: Odisha BJP’s extended executive committee meeting on Friday kicked off at Puri, where Party President and Union Minister JP Nadda will address the Party leaders and workers later in the day.
JP Nadda arrived here and was welcomed by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy CMs Pravati Parida , KV Singh Deo and Party President Manmohan Samal.
The 2-days long even which will conclude on Saturday, will focus on State’s political situation and the committee meeting is expected to pass a resolution.
Before the state executive meeting, an important meeting was held today in Puri in the presence of Party’s National General secretary Odisha in charge Sunil Bansal, Election in charge Vijay Pal Singh Tomar, Co in charge Lata Usendi, BJP State General secretary(Organitaion), Manas Mohanty other leaders of the party.
It was first important meeting of Odisha BJP after it bounce back to power in the State while keeping Naveen Patnaik’s 24 year old Government out of power.
Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Ministers, Union Ministers, MPs , MLAs and members of State executive are attending the meet, besides office bearers and leaders of frontal wings.
