BHUBANESWAR: People of Odisha are reposing full trust and unflinching support on the development schemes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi says MLA of Raipur City North and Co – incharge of Odisha’s election, Purandar Mishra. Addressing two mammoth election meetings at Nuapada and Junagarh within Kalahandi Lok Sabha constituency, Shri Mishra underlined that like the people of the country, residents of Odisha are also quite enthusiastic to elect Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive terms.
Shri Mishra alleged that in Odisha the villagers, labourers, workers and backward class people have been totally neglected by the deaf and dumb present Biju Janata Dal Government. While inhabiting in Chhattisgarh he could speak Odia fluently, Naveen Patnaik couldn’t learn Odia language inspite of ruling the State for last 24 years, he added.
This shows his affection and attachment towards our Mother Tongue and Mother State, Shri Mishra observed. Shri Mishra further said that while the educated youth masses of Odisha are roaming around in search of Jobs, Odisha Government is sitting pretty as silent spectator. Odisha’a all round development will be made possible incase Naveen’s BJD Government is replaced by BJP Government in the State, he asserted. Shri Mishra assured that the BJP Goverment will provide Rs 3100/- to farmers per a quintal of paddy and women will be given Rs. 3,000/- per month under Subhadra plan.
Speaking during this “Bijaya Sankalpa Samabesa” the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Vishnu Deo Sai informed that the wind of change is now blowing in Odisha like it happened in Chhattisgarh. Shri Sai exuded confidence that this time people of Odisha are determined to form the Double engine Government in the State.
BJP’s Lok Sabha candidate from Kalahandi Malavika Keshari Deo addressed both the meetings. Party’s MLA candidates Abhinandan Panda and Manoj Kumar Behera appealed for votes in their favour at Nuapada and Junagarh meeting respectively. Distinguished dignitaries present during the occasions include MLA from Arang Guru Khushwant Saheb, Kamal Chandra Bhanja Deo from Bastar’s Royal family, BJP’s State executive committee member Jagannath Panigrahi and Alka Chandrakar.
