NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: The 1993 batch Odisha cadre IAS officer, hailing from State’s coal bearing Dhenkanal-Angul belt, Sushant Kumar Nath, on Thursday took over charge as IG of BSF at New Delhi headquarters.
Nath was Additional DGP cum Director SFSL in Odisha until his appointment in BSF in Union Home Ministry.
IPS officer Nath will be on Central deputation with Union Home Ministry for next 5 years, sources said.
