BHUBANESWAR: Leading Odia Industrialist, Mines Owner and philanthropists Prabodh Kumar Mohanty has been elected as the IAKO National Kickboxing Federation National President while Pruthwiraj Harichandan was chosen as National General Secretary.
Sushant Kalas as Treasurer, Debabrata Panigrahi as Vice-President, Sibananda Ray as Senior Vice-President and IAKO founder SS Harichandan as Chairman have been elected. The election held here at the annual general body meeting of the Federation.
This was the fifth time that the championship is being held in Odisha. The 26th Junior and Sub-Junior championships are also being staged alongside the senior competition.
More than 500 competitors from 15 states were participated in the 4-day 27th Indian Association of Kickboxing Organisations (IAKO) National Kickboxing Championship for 2022 which was inaugurated in the Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) campus.
