BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Coal and Power Limited gave Rs 20 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
The Chief Minister lauded the efforts to make this organization profitable during a very short period of time.
The Chief Minister said that during the first six months of 2022-23, OCPL has made a profit of Rs 626 crore and achieved a 60 percent increase in coal production.
Energy, Industry and MSME Minister Pratap Keshari Deb, Secretary to the Chief Minister, VK Pandian conducted the program. Additional Chief Secretary Energy Nikunj Bihari Dhal, Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mohapatra and senior officials of Energy Department were present in the programme.
