CUTTACK: The Apex Council Meeting of the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) was held on Fridayย at the OCA Office in Cuttack’s Barabati Stadium.
The meeting was attended by Mr Pankaj Lochan Mohanty (President, OCA),ย Jagamohan Pattnaik (Vice President, OCA), Sanjay Behera (Secretary, OCA),ย Prabhat Kumar Bhol (Joint Secretary, OCA),ย Bikash Pradhan (Treasurer, OCA),ย Pratap Chandra Pradhan (Member, Apex Council), Rakesh Mohanty (Member, Apex Council), andย Gita Samantray (Member, Apex Council).
The meeting focused on several pivotal agendas aimed at elevating cricket in Odisha, most notably the establishment of the ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐
๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ.
This initiative includes the ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ค๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ก๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ญ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐โa residential academy for Under-14 boys and girls.
The Sachin Tendulkar Indoor Hall will be transformed into the ๐๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ค๐๐ซ ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐, a high-performance hub focused on scientific training, injury management, and athlete development.
The Apex Council also reviewed preparations for the upcoming Odisha Pro T20 League. Prior to this, the Finance Committee Meeting of OCA was held at the same venue. It was convened by Shri Sanjay Behera (Secretary, OCA) and attended by Dr. Sourya Ranjan Parija, Shri Saroj Kumar Sahu, Shri Upendra Kumar Dash, Shri Rabi Shankar Pratihari, Shri Subhasis Sahu, and Shri Bikash Pradhan (Treasurer, OCA).
