BHUBANESWAR: Commuters, passengers, bikers, four wheeler and heavy vehicle riders will have to obey new traffic rule imposed in Bhubaneswar, the State Capital for the FIH Hockey Olympic Qualifiers to be played here at Kalinga Stadium on November 1 and 2. The rule applicable from 3.30 PM to 9 PM on match days:
Public entry shall be through Gate No. 3 of the stadium and the spectators may park their vehicles at Parking One near sliding Gate-E. Spectators coming from A.G. Colony side shall use the Foot Over Bridge for their commute to the stadium. After conclusion of the match, they shall use the Foot Over Bridge for return.
No vehicular traffic will be allowed to ply on Bidyut Marg between Shastri Nagar and Jayadev Vihar chhak. Vehicular traffic coming from 120 Battalion crossing will be diverted at Shastri Nagar chhak towards Sachivalaya Marg.
Vehicular traffic coming from Kalinga Hospital side will be diverted at Jayadev Vihar chhak towards Acharya Vihar. Vehicular traffic coming from Vani Vihar side on the service road will be diverted to the NH through the passage between Acharya Vihar-Jayadev Vihar.
