BHUBANESWAR: Senior OAS Officer, who also known for his literary and cultural activities, Mr Deba Prasad Dash, a worst victim of past Former CM Mr Naveen Patnaik led BJD Government in Odisha, on Tuesday emerged as one of the blue eyed boy for Odisha Chief Minister’s Office led by BJP Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi with his appointment as high profile, Director Information and Public Relations Department, bestowed with Government’s publicity and PR campaign.
With new posting and promotion to the rank of Special Secretary in the Government, Mr Dash is now given additional charge of Director, Information and Public Relations (I & PR) Department.
The General Administration & Public Grievance Department issued a notification earlier today announcing the promotion and subsequent appointment.
Mr Dash, who was previously serving as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Odia Language, Literature and Culture, will now assume the role of Special Secretary within the same department.
His tenure as Joint Secretary in the Department of Odia Language, Literature and Culture bears an outstanding track record.
