BHUBANESWAR: Nayapalli PS Case No-10, Dtd.11.01.2024, U/S-376/420/406/506/384/511 IPC.PO: PS- Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar UPD.
Gist of the Case:
On dt. 11.01.2024 at 02.30 PM on the written report of complainant, the above noted case has registered.
The complt, alleged that she knows the accused as an astrologer through her mother, contact over mobile phone and met her at Beherasahi, Bhubaneswar.
On lieu of worship and to resolve Bastu Problem, the accused extracted Rs.83,500/- from them through Phone Pay and Cash.
On dt.14.12.2023 the accused committed physical contact with the complainant and attempt to rape her. He made the videography of the physical contact without the knowledge of the complt.
The accused molested and sexually harassed the complt., cheated her and her family members. He threatened her and her family members in dire consequence to kill them in life and demand 2Lakhs with the intention of extraction.
On dt. 12.01.2023 the accused Nilambar Pani has been arrested and forwarded to the Hon’ble Court.
