Naveen Patnaik’s Pro-Active Role helps Odisha to Reduce COVID-19 Active Cases to 26,826

BHUBANESWAR: The valiant effort of Naveen Patnaik led BJD Government in Odisha in containing the COVID-19 outbreaks, seems started paying dividends with State’s Active cases reduced to only 26,826 of the total positive cases of 84,231.

Even though the death toll was on rise but cured cases seems over passing both total positive cases as well as active cases.

With 9 more deaths, State’s COVID-19 death reached at 428 while with more fresh 2752 positive cases, State’s total tally reached at 84,241.

Both State Health and Family Welfare and Information Public Relations Department informed that cumulative Tested was conducted on 14,21,958 , out of which 84,231 have been found positive and after treatment, 56,924 have been cured so far leaving only 26,826 active cases till Tuesday afternoon.
