BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is Best CM in India Today- Mood of Nation Survey. He continues as most popular Chief Minister of India (as felt by the people of Odisha) at 78 percent and on top of that, his satisfaction rating among people of Odisha has increased from earlier 71% to 78%.
Assam Chief Minister Himant Biswa Sharma comes second with 63 % while Tamil Nadu’s MK Stalin came third with 61% in terms of popularity.
