BHUBANESWAR:By-elections were held in Padmapur, Bargarh district in 2022. BJD and the then Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tried to win by investing all their strength, energy, money and resources to win the election. Just before the by-election, BJD and Naveen Babu’s deep false love for Padmapur was awakened.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced a special package of Rs 448 crore for Bargarh, Padmapur. This news was widely publicized in the state and national media. To know the truth of this news, I had requested information from the Chief Minister’s office on 04.10.2022;
(1). Press release announcing a package of Rs. 448 crore for Padmapur
(2) Who prepares the press release and issues it to the media?
(3) Please provide a copy of the reliable documents on which the Chief Minister has announced the package for Padampur.
On the last date- 03.12.2022, the Chief Minister’s Office gave me an un-authenticated information press release. But Naveen Patnaik did not give the information on which reliable document / basis he made the announcement. He said that this information is not in the Chief Minister’s Office. This further increased suspicion. But it has been announced a little later, surprisingly there is no information, we will give the information. We knew then that the BJD government of Mithukha and Radhua’s Saidag and Naveen Patnaik had fooled the people of Western Odisha and played a trick on them for votes. They had created 5 main games. They played games with the faith, hope, and feelings of the people of Western Odisha.
The 448 crore package for Bargarh and Padmapur was a smokescreen. BJD and Naveen Babu said that Padmapur will be a special district. But they did not do it, BJD and Naveen have betrayed the people of Western Odisha. So the people of Western Odisha should ask for an answer. Oppose and reject the false emperor Naveen Patnaik and BJD.(I filed the first appeal to get complete information about this and for the rights of the residents of West Odisha, the officer said there was no information. After that, I filed a case with the Information Commissioner against the authority of the Chief Minister’s Office. The then Pandian Marka officer said there was no information. The authority of the current Chief Minister’s Office has been written in the court and there is no information. Therefore, the commissioner has ordered the authority of the Chief Minister’s Office to submit a “truth”. That is, it was just a false propaganda and smokescreen of the BJD and Naveen government)
So, Odisha people should judge, BJD, Naveen and Pandian are deadly. They can do anything for their own interests. Naveen Babu is going to Western Odisha for the Nuapada by-election, so the people of Western Odisha should ask BJD and Naveen Patnaik for an answer.
