BHUBANESWAR: “ଅକୁଣ୍ଠ ଭଲ ପାଇବା ଦେଇ ତ୍ରିସ୍ତରୀୟ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ୨୦୨୨ ରେ ବିଜୁ ଜନତା ଦଳକୁ ବିଜୟୀ କରିଥିବାରୁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ଆନ୍ତରିକ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ। ଏହି ଜନମତ ସେବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ ସଂକଳ୍ପକୁ ଆହୁରି ଦୃଢ଼ କରିଛି। ବିଜୟୀ ଦଳୀୟ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ଓ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଜରିଆରେ ବିଜେଡିକୁ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନରେ ପରିଣତ କରିଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ କର୍ମୀଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା।,” Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted on Tuesday.
The ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in the State has secured in a total 765 of the total 851 Zilla Parishad (ZP) seats in the three-tier panchayat election-2022. The party is all set to form all the 30 Zilla Parishads. BJP bagged 42 and 37 went to Congress with Independent 3 and others winning 4.
It is the disgraceful lack of leadership which is responsible for the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) ignoble debacle in the panchayat elections in the State. The party has even begun virtually losing its position to the Congress as the State’s second opposition force.The BJP’s State leadership has miserably failed to inspire the party’s rank and file. And its national leaders seem to have completely ignored the party’s interests in the State.
