BHUBANESWAR: After voted out of power in Odisha, outgoing Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday tendered his resignation to Governor Raghubar Das here at Raj Bhawan.
However, during Patnaik’s meeting with Governor, trusted lieutenant VK Pandian, the man under scanner, was not seen. Patnaik was seen alone meeting Governor, where he handed over his resignation letter. After election defeat, Patnaik skipped Pandian during his meeting with Governor, sources said.
