BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister and BJD Supremo Naveen Patnaik on Friday reconstituted Party’s media team by appointing MPs,MLAs and other leaders as the spokespersons and panelists.The order came into force with immediate effect, informed Manas Mangaraj, BJD General Secretary (media affairs) from Friday. As per the order, six leaders included Prasanna Acharya, Pinaki Mishra, Achyuta Samanta, Amar Patnaik, Sasmit Patra and Sarmistha Sethi have been appointed as the National Spokespersons of the party. The BJD supremo has appointed 16 leaders and 14 others as the Spokespersons and Panelists of the ruling party.
National Spokespersons included Prasanna Acharya, Pinaki Mishra, Achyuta Samanta, Dr Amar Patnaik (Economic Issues & Foreign Affairs)Dr Sasmit Patra and Sarmistha Sethi. Spokespersons included Pratap Keshari Deb, Chandra Sekhar Sahu, Ramesh Chandra Majhi, Snehangini Chhuria, Byomakesh Ray, Raseswari Panigrahi, Kasturi Mohapatra, Anubhab Patnaik, Lopamudra Buxipatra, Lenin Mohanty, Sanjay Baboo, Sulata Deo, Srimayee Sweta Snigdha Mishra, Chinmaya Sahoo, Elina Dash and Harish Choudhury
Panelists included Chandrani Murmu, Priyabrata Majhi, Chakradhar Dash, Om Prakash Sahu, Madhusmita Nayak, Ipsita Sahoo, Jyotshnamayee Parida, Sofia Alam, Tumbanath Panda, Prashant Kumar Sahoo, Amit Mallick, Chhabi Mahali, Meenakshi Mishra and Smruti Nanda.
