BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has greeted people on occasion of Nuakhai. Chief Minister Patnaik also shared a video message.

Nuakhai is an annual harvest festival in Odisha, celebrated to welcome the season’s new rice.
