BHUBANESWAR: On Biju Babu’s 107 birthday on Sunday, his son Naveen Patnaik led BJD Government in Odisha has announced for establishment of the Odisha University of Health Sciences ‘ headquarters of which shall be at Bhubaneswar.
Odisha Health and Family Welfare Department vide notice no-HFW-OUHS-ESTT-0001-2023 dated March 5, 2023, announced that ” In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Odisha University of Health Sciences Act-2021(Odisha Act 22 of 2021), the State Government do hereby appoint March 5, 2023 as the date on which, there shall be established in the State of Odisha a University by the name ” the Odisha University of Health Sciences ‘ headquters of which shall be at Bhubaneswar,”.
