NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: BJP Lok Sabha MP, Chairman Jindal Steel and Power, President Flag Foundation of India and Chancellor of OP Jindal Global University, Mr Naveen Jindal along with mother, who is also Chairperson Emirates of diversified OP Jindal Group Srimati Savitri Jindal and Wife , Chairperson of JSP Foundation, Mrs Shallu Jindal, on Saturday launched “Naveen Jindal Yashasvi Scholarship Scheme” in his Lok Sabha seat.
A special ceremony was organized for this, which was attended by local people along with family members of MP Naveen Jindal. This Scheme will play an important role in making daughters of Kurukshetra parliamentary constituency in Haryana as self-reliant. The scheme aims to uplift poor and downtrodden daughters of this prestigious Lok Sabha seat.
Sources said, BJP MP and Eminent Industrialist, Naveen Jindal has taken a big step to educate the daughters of weaker and backward classes by launching this scheme. Daughters of needy families of the Lok Sabha constituency will be able to take advantage of this scheme.
