BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: President of Flag Foundation of India and Chairman, of India’s leading Steel company , Jindal Steel and Power Limited(JSPL), Naveen Jindal on Tuesday dedicated to the nation a 72 Ft Tall Tiranga Flag at the Combat Army Aviation Training School in Nashik Maharashtra.
“A 72ft tall TirangaFlag of India was installed and dedicated to the nation at the Combat Army Aviation Training School, Nashik by Shri @MPNaveenJindal , President Flag Foundation of India,” FlagFoundationIndia tweeted @FFOIndia.
“I believe that when a person hoists the tricolor at his home or office, he rises above his creed, political affiliations, regional differences and only shows that under this flag we are the only Indians. It inspires us to do something for the country,” said JSPL Chairman.
Earlier, in August this year, JSPL Chairman Naveen Jindal, had also gifted 100 Ft National Flag to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day.
The National Flag was hosted by Lt Governor Manoj Singh in presence of JSPL Chairman Naveen Jindal at Counter Insurgency HQ in Awantipora and at the historic Hari Parbat Fort in Srinagar.
