BHUBANESWAR/NEW DELHI: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Union PNG-Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan were on Saturday paid rich tribute to Major Dhyan Chand on his birth day , which also celebrated as India’s National Sports Day.
