BHUBANESWAR: Under the chairmanship of secretary St. John Ambulance Dr. Sanat Kumar Pattanaik , a National Workshop on First Aid was organised at AG Association Office here.
.Director St. John Ambulance National Head Quarter , New Delhi Dr. Banashree Singh visited as chief guest and additional commissioner St. John Ambulance / Vice-President Scout and Guide Dr. Kali Prasad Mishra , Dr. Soumitra Samantray , Dr. D.P. Rath and D.S.P. Dash joined as guest and shared some skills to the first aid lecturers, how to give first aid in a methodological way for basic life support.
Dr. Singh gave an example of how Israel saveed many lives during disaster or road accidents by providing first aid immediately. More than forty lay lecturers joined in the workshop for assessment. Joint Secretary St. John Ambulance R.S.Tripathy , Sushanta Kumar Pattanaik, Purussottam Bal and R.K. Goswami coordinated the programme.
