NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has saluted the indomitable Nari Shakti on International Women’s Day.In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, “Saluting our indomitable #NariShakti on International Women’s Day! India takes pride in the many accomplishments of the women of our nation. It is our Government’s honour to be getting the opportunity to work towards furthering women empowerment across a wide range of sectors.”
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also wished women community on International Women’s Day.“Empowerment of women has always been the cornerstone of all our initiatives whether it is Mamata, #MissionShakti, #NutritonBudget and participation of women in legislation. On #WomensDay, pledge to champion the cause of women to create women leaders in every sphere of society,” Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted Naveen_Odisha.
