BHUBANESWAR: Odisha General Administration & Public Grievance Department in a notification issued on Monday said that the senior OAS officer (Super Selection Grade) Mirdha Toppo was transferred and appointed as the Special Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
The OAS Officer Toppo was earlier serving as the Project Director, DUDA (District Urban Development Agency) in Keonjhar.
