BHUBANESWAR/CUTTACK: The State Home Department has effected minor changes among IPS officers. Dr Sudhanshu Sarangi of 1990 batch, who was OSD(Home), shifted and posted as ADGP(Railways and Coastal Security) while 1988 batch IPS officer , Binaynand Jha, who as ADGP(OHRC) , has been shifted and posted as OSD(Home).
Pranabindu Acharya , who was ADGP(Railways and Coastal Security) shifted and posted as ADGP(OHRC).
IPS Officer of 2003 batch Sheefen K Ahmed, who was IGP, Technical, shifted and posted as IGP(Fire Service and Home Guards) while 2013 batch IPS Officer, L Divya has been posted as new SP, Dhenkanal.
Meanwhile, Odisha cadre IPS Officer of 1999 batch, Ghanshyam Upadhyay , who now on Central deputation, has elevated as Joint Director , CBI.
