NUAPADA:As the date of Nuapada Assembly elections approaches, the activity of political party leaders and workers is increasing. Along with the election campaign, the BJP is busy strengthening the party organization and activating the workers.
In this regard, a special meeting was held today at Udaybandh village under Kureshwar panchayat under Komna block. The panchayat level workers’ conference was attended by Shri Nityanand Gand, Minister for Public Education and Tribal Affairs of the Government of Odisha.
In his speech to the workers present, Minister Shri Gand said that BJP is the real partner of the tribal communities in the country. Non-BJP parties used to rule the country and the state by giving false promises to the innocent and sincere tribals. They used to rob the tribal communities of their rights by only deceiving them.
But only after the BJP government came to power at both the Centre and the state, it took various schemes for the socio-economic upliftment of the tribal communities and gave them their rights. The tribal communities have benefited the most from all the welfare schemes of the Modi government. Therefore, the tribal communities should trust the BJP and make BJP candidate Jai Dholakia win. He requested them to take this message and spread it to the people. MLA Durga Prasanna Nayak and Fakir Mohan Nayak were present in this meeting.
