NUAPADA:Election campaigning is going on in full swing in Nuapada Assembly by-election. BJP leaders are reaching every panchayat, village, ward, and neighborhood to beg for votes for BJP candidate Jai Dholakia.
In this spirit, Odisha Government’s Housing and Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mohapatra today launched a marathon at the Khariar Road Notified Area Council.
First, he went on a walk from house to house in Ward No. 4 of Khariar Road NAC and distributed campaign leaflets to seek support from the local people for the candidate, Shri Jay Dholakia.
Later, he joined the cultural program being held in Ward No. 12 and addressed the public present. In his speech, Minister Shri Mohapatra highlighted the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and the efficient working style of Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi ji. The residents of Nuapada urged them to join the development of the double engine government and vote for the Bharatiya Janata Party in large numbers to make it victorious.
Later, he attended a program of the Jain Samaj Sangh at Jain Bhawan on Khariar Road and sought votes for BJP candidate Jai Dholakia. His MP Sukant Panigrahi and Khariar NAC Chairperson Dr. Sonia Jain were present.
