BERHAMPUR: State Minister for Commerce, Transport, Steel and Mines Shri Bibhuti Bhushan Jena and State DGP Shri Yogesh Bahadur Khurania visited MKCG Hospital in Berhampur and met the injured jawan Prem Singh Majhi. On this occasion, Minister Shri Jena and DGP Shri Khurania highly appreciated the courage of jawan Shri Majhi and wished him a speedy recovery.
Apart from this, they discussed in detail with the doctors treating him regarding his health condition.
It is worth mentioning that two days ago, there was a face-to-face encounter between jawans and Maoists in the dense forest under Raikia block of Kandhamal district. Prem Singh Majhi was seriously injured in the Maoist bullets.
