BHUBANESWAR: With Pro-People Industrialist, Pankaj Lochan Moahnty at the helm of affairs, MGM Minerals Limited, and its CSR Arm, MGM Foundation, continued to extended help of hand to Odisha Government in its fight against COVID-19.
MGM Foundation, the CSR Arm of MGM Minerals Limited has presented Oxygen Cylinders, Semi ICU and ICU Beds to Odisha State Medical Corporation Limited .
Pankaj Lochan Mohanty , Padma Lochan Mohanty and Saroj Kumar Ray, all the Directors of MGM Foundation were among those present on this occasion.
Additional Chief Secretary and Chairman OSMCL, Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra received 200 Oxygen Cylinders, 150 Semi ICU Beds, 50 Non ICU Beds.Yamini Sarangi, Managing Director of OSMCL graced the occasion.
Few days back, MGM Advanced Molecular Mucormycosis Laboratory , set up by the MGM Foundation, dedicated to research black fungus or mucormycosis and support in the treatment of the disease was inaugurated at L V Prasad Eye Institute here.
Director of MGM Foundation, Sabita Mohanty had inaugurated the advanced research facility on the premises of L V Prasad Eye Institute in the Capital City. The ‘Mucormycosis Laboratory’, has been built at a cost of Rs 10.50 lakh, funded by MGM Foundation.
The MGM Mineral Limited had earlier also donated Rs 1 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) for Covid-19 free vaccination for the people of Odisha.
