BHUBANESWAR:A pre-budget consultation meeting was held under the chairmanship of Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman to receive proposals for the Union Budget 2026-27.
Finance Ministers of all states and Union Territories participated in the meeting, while Deputy Chief Minister Smt. Parvathi Parida participated from Odisha.
A written memorandum containing important content related to Odisha to be presented in the upcoming Union Budget 2026-27 was submitted to the Union Finance Minister in this meeting.
