BHUBANESWAR:  Manohar Behera, Former Secretary, Osanga Service Co-operative Society under BBCC Bank Ltd., Khaira Branch, Dist-Balasore (Retired), who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance U/s 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c)(d)/ PC Act, 1988/409/477-A IPC for misappropriation of Government money by way of manipulating official records, was convicted by Hon’ble Special Judge, Vigilance, Balasore and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years and to pay fine of Rs.50,000/-.
