BHUBANESWAR: Mancheswar PS Case No-484, dt.09.09.2024, U/s- 189(2)/191(2)/191(3)/296/351(3) /190 BNS /25/27 Arms Act. PO: Vill- Sameigadia, PS- Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar UPD. Complainant: Malaya Kumar Pati (50), S/o- Late Ananda Chandra Pati, Vill- Sameigadia, PS- Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar UPD.
Gist of the FIR:
On dt.09.09.2024 at 01.00 AM, Malaya Kumar Pati (50), S/o-Lt. Ananda Chandra Pati, Vill-Sameigadia, P.S-Mancheswar, Dist-Khordha appeared at P.S and presented a written report that, on 09.09.2024 at about 09.50 PM, while the melody program was going on at Ganesh Puja Mandap at Chakeisihani, two young person obstruct the road and abused in filthy languages. The complt. along with committee members protested them, but they abused in filthy languages to the complt. and committee members.
After few minutes the said two young persons along with other associates came to the spot with deadly weapon i.w sword used filthy languages and tried to attack them with showing the sword which is create dangerous condition to the public. The public was gathered there, on seeing them the alleged persons fled away from the spot. Then the complt. came to known that, the name of the alleged persons are Satrughna, Anil, Babul, Chandan, Jaga and other.
During investigation this case, the above noted three accused persons have been arrested and forwarded to the court toaday.
Further investigation is going on.
