BHUBANESWAR: Mancheswar PS Case No-188dtd11.04.2024 U/s 341/294/307/ 323/ 324/379/427/ 448/ 506/34 IPC. PO:Padmakesharipur, PS- Mancheswar, BBSR UPD.
Gist of the Case:
On dtd.11.04.2024 at 3pm complt. Nirupama Das (35), W/o- Simanta Das of Padmakesharipur, PS- Mancheswar, UPD Bhubaneswar, arrived at PS and submitted a written report with an allegation that on 10.04.2024 between 9 pm and 10 pm Babula Das and his associates came to her house and demand for giving interest money. While complt denied to give the interest money, suddenly accd. Babula Das and his associates assaulted complt and her father in law namely Sanatan Das by means of SWORD and BHUJALI. In this incident complt along with her father in law sustained injury. The dispute is due to illegal money lending business in which higher rate of interest.
During investigation, today i.e on 12.04.2024 morning the accused persons namely Babula Dash and Tapasha Das have been arrested from Barimunda– Gandarpur road near Lakheswar Shiva Temple and forwarded to the Hon’ble court today.
