PURI: On the Occasion of the New Year-2020, International Sand Artist Manas Kumar Sahoo extends his best wishes to one and all and welcomes to his “Sand Art Park” at Golden Sea Beach near Light House,Baliapanda, Puri, which has been already inaugurated since December 24 , 2019.
His immense skills and creativity is reflected through his sand art. Going through the park one can view a cartoon based sand art conveying his fight against “Plastic Pollution”, in another, Santa Claus enquires “Where is your cotton bag?”. Another sand art conveys the theme “Save Sea Creatures” and many more to view. His arts are created out of 50 tonnes of sand and completed in 15 days prior to the festival. Each sand art is 8 feet to 10 feet high.
As such with the commencement of The New Year the wintery season has already attracted many a tourists to this place. And one can very easily Google the location to reach the venue of “Manas Kumar Sahoo’s Sand Art Park”.
