PURI: International Sand Artist Manas Kumar Sahoo congratulated Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his overwhelmed victory once again through his sand art.
To celebrate the victory, Sahoo built his(Mr.Arvind Kejriwal’s) sculpture about 15ft wide using 15 tonnes of sand on Puri beach in Odisha. To make this sculpture it took him nearly 5 hours, Sahoo added.
