BHUBANESWAR:When a machine is manufactured, its capacity is labelled. On the contrary, the capacity of a Man is unlimited, says Dr. Tapan Kumar Chand, CMD of Navratna PSU Nalco. He was addressing the fresh batch of Nalco Graduate Engineer Trainees, at the induction programme, here on Wednesday.
“We have infused fresh blood keeping our domestic and overseas expansion plans in view. The company’s HR is drawing a roadmap to develop its human capital right from induction. In that order, the 2nd batch of engineers would take guard next month,” Dr. Chand informed.
N.R. Mohanty, Director (P&T), K.C. Samal, Director (Finance), V. Balasubramanyam, Director (Production) and B.K. Thakur, Director (HR) also welcomed and motivated the youngsters, selected from the premier institutions of the country.
