BHUBANESWAR: On Wednesday Sri Kunja Bihari Rout, Male Health Worker cum Clerk of Muniguda CHC, Rayagada has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while taking 2nd and final instalment of bribe Rs 3,000/-of overall demand of Rs 6,000/- from a poor farmer for issuance of birth certificate of his son.
Accused Sri Rout had received Rs.3000/- from complt a few days back, but insisted for further bribe amount of Rs.3000/- for furnishing the same. On getting input from the complt, Vigilance authorities nabbed him today while taking bribe Rs 3,000/-.
