BHUBANESWAR: Krishna Nayak, Superintendent of Excise, Dhenkanal was arrested by Odisha Vigilance and sent to jail in DA case.
Assets including Rs 3 lakh suspected illgotten cash, 2 multi storeyed buildings at Cuttack and Puri, 8 plots, 2 benami cars, deposits Rs.20 Lakhs, etc unearthed.
Smt. Krishna Nayak, Supdt of Excise, Dhenkanal, was intercepted by Odisha Vigilance & Rs. 3 Lakhs suspected illgotten cash seized from her possession. She is being examined to ascertain the source of funds. Following the interception, DA searches on at her locations.
