BHUBANESWAR: Happy birth day greetings and best wishes poured in for BJP National VP in charge of Assam and Delhi and Chairman of high level expert committee on NCC reforms , Baijayant Jay Panda, who turned 59 on Thursday. Born on January 12, 1964 , Jay Panda was a Member of Parliament in the 15th and 16th Lok Sabha from Kendrapara from 2009 to 2019. He was also a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha for two terms from 2000 to 2009.
