BHUBANESWAR: 1995 batch Bishnupada Sethi has been appointed as Principal Secretary in Higher Education Department with additional charge of Commerce and Transport.
1996 Batch IAS officer, Arabinda Kumar Padhee, on returned from New Delhi posting, appointed as Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment while 1997 batch Sanjay Kumar Singh posted as Principal Secretary , Rural Development with additional charge of IPR, VC, BDA and MD, Bhubaneswar Smart City.
2003 batch Aswathy S appointed as Principal Secretary , School and Mass Education Department .
