BHUBANESWAR:BJP Kisan Morcha will work shoulder to shoulder and hand to hand to solve the problems of farmers and for their overall development. The famous Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the popular Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi have implemented many schemes for the welfare of farmers. The BJP Kisan Morcha will work to strengthen the organization with the successful implementation of these schemes, said the new state president of BJP Kisan Morcha, Subhransu Mohan Padhi.
The new state president of BJP Kisan Morcha, Shri Padhi, was felicitated at the state office today. On this occasion, Padhi said that new efforts will be made to make the organization more efficient by focusing on the interests and security of the farmers. Our first goal is to properly reach all the government schemes to 73 percent of the farmer families of Odisha. All the workers will have to go to the villages and work to make the farmers self-reliant and further strengthen their faith in the BJP.
The agricultural welfare schemes of the successful Prime Minister Modiji such as Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Soil Health Card, Kisan Credit Card, PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana and the CM Kisan Yojana of the Odisha Government, the increase in the minimum support price of paddy has changed the fundamental nature of the farmers. It has helped in doubling their income, said Shri Padhi.
At the beginning of the meeting, former state president of Kisan Morcha, Shri Maheshwar Sahu, felicitated the new president with a bouquet of flowers and a garland. He recounted the struggles and efforts made during his tenure to resolve the problems of farmers and increase their trust in BJP and assured full cooperation to the new leadership.
Senior state leaders Ranjan Patel, former state vice-president Hrishikesh Jena, Surya Narayan Mohapatra, Pulin Puhan, Ramakrishna Patra, Dilip Swain, Shankarshan Jena, former general secretary Upendra Bhanja, Prashant Kumar Swain, Jagannath Mohapatra, Ashok Kumar Rath, Vikram Keshari Routray, Manoj Kumar Sahu, Rajkishore Mendeli, Sumanta Maharana, Laxmikant Tripathi, Keshari Durga, Kaushik Chand, Sushri Jayalakshmi Mohanty, Purnima Das, Srinivas Pradhan, Ajay Kumar Pradhan along with all the officers, district presidents and executive members were present in this felicitation meeting.
