BHUBANESWAR: Time seems running out for the KIIT , KISS and KIMS Founder and former BJD MP , Dr Achyuta Samanta. Founder KIIT University Samanta and then Vice Chancellor had allegedly ignored a Former MBA Student physical , mental harassment allegation against Placement Head Jaydip Biswas and Clerk Amit Jenamani.
KIIT University and its Founder Samanta have been under scanner of global and national media and as well as global diplomatic forums following a mysterious death of a Nepali 3rd year B. Tech student Pratkriti Lamsal , inside University Hostel.
A former MBA student of KIIT University meets Commissioner of Police S Dev Datta Singh alleging that she was subjected to physical and mental harassment by university Placement Head Jaydip Biswas and clerk Amit Jenamani. She further alleges that though she brought the matter into the notice of KIIT founder Achyuta Samanta and the VC, but no action was taken on her complaints.
She was brilliant, passed from DAV Pokhariput , Bhubaneswar and completed Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Saranga , a Odisha Government Engineering College before joining KIIT for her MBA but she alleged about physical and mental harassment during Campus placement and other academic issues.. A video of her claims moving in social media , which need proper investigation, sources said.
