BHUBANESWAR: Khordha I.E P.S Case No.05 dt.10.01.2024,U/S-294/324/326/307/506 IPC.Informant:- Complaint- Dibyaranjan Ray(24), S/O Darpanarayan Ray of vill.-Chitalo, PS/Dist Jajpur.
Place of occurrence: – At near Barunei Jungle.
Date of occurrence:- On 09.01.2024 at about 01 PM to 02 PM.
Detail of arrested accused. Persons:- Sk. Kutupuddin(32) , S/o. Sk.Kalimuddin of vill.Bachara Patna, PS-Jatani , Dist-Khordha . Absconding accused: Nil.
Under investigation and till not known the rest accused persons.-On 10.01.24 at12.30 PM the complaint Dibyaranjan Ray(24), S/o-.Darpanarayan Ray of vill.Chitalo,PS/Dist Jajpur reported at PS that his sister namely Nibedita Ray who is working at Aditya Hyundai, Bhubaneswar had love intimacy with one Sk. Kutupuddin , S/o.Sk.Kalimuddin of vill. Bachara patna, Jatani, Dist-Khordha.
In their relationship the said Sk Kutupuddin abused in obscene languages as well as assaulted her suspecting her character as a result of which Nibedita Ray tried to avoid him. In this connectionon.09.01.2024 at about 01.30 PM , the accused SK Kutubuddin took away Nibedita Ray by his bike bearing No.OD02AW4692 Pulsar towards Barunei Temple ,Khordha where the accused Sk. Kutupuddin again abused her and assaulted her by means of slapping.On being opposed by the victim girl the accused person Sk. Kutupuddin stabbed her bymeans of a knife on her belly, head, hand, breast portion, neck and chest with an intentionto kill her as a result of which she sustained severe bleeding injury on her portion. Onbeing arrival of the local people the accused person Sk. Kutupuddin fled away from thespot.
Then the victim Nibedita Ray was shifted to DHH, Khordha for treatment. Soon after the registration of the case SP, Khordha formed three teams for apprehension of the accused person and we’re able to apprehend the accused person within short duration .Raiding Team:- Sri Dillip Kumar Das, OPS, SDPO, Khordha ,SI-B.Jayasingh, I/C, I.EPS ,Khordha , OASI Sraban Kumar Sahoo, C/494 Sudam Baliarsingh ,C/324-GopinathMangaraj and OAPF/18-Ranjan Pradhan and other staffs.
