RAJNAGAR/AUL: A woman from Kendrapara’s Rajnagar block was reported COVID-19 positive, said Collector Samarth Verma on Sunday. The woman was one of the 4 Positive cases were reported on Saturday. With this fresh case, Kendrapara tally reached at 2 including one earlier reported from Aul block.
Odisha’s tally in COVID-19 positive cases reached 54. The district Collector said a woman from Rajnagar area with a travel history was tested positive with coronavirus. Verma further stated that while the victim has been sent to nearest COVID-19 hospital, the swab samples of her family members have been sent for testing.
While there are 41 active cases in the state and one death, 12 persons have recovered and discharged from the hospital.Out of 3862 samples tested, 3808 have been found negative in Odisha, according to State Health & Family Welfare Department.
