KENDRAPARA/BHUBANESWAR: BJD Lok Sabha MP from Kendrapara , Anubhav Mohanty , who just returned from New Delhi after months of mysterious disappearances, has been under severe criticism in social media for not keeping his promises made to people of Olaver under Rajkanika block under Aul Assembly segment of the district , to pay medical bill of a local youth.
The 2 photos posted by Arabinda Mathan and Rajesh Prusty and which was shared by several others shown , the BJD MP Mohanty seems talking to the bed ridden youth of Olaver of Rajkanika in a hospital and in another photo, the actor turn MP posed for a smiling photo session.
Sources said while visiting the patient at a hospital, MP Mohanty had promised to pay the medical bill but it went in vain. “He had promised to pay the bill but unfortunately that was not materialise yet, this shows MP Mohanty’s seriousness for the people of Rajkanika,” a local in Olaver market in Rajkanika said.
Both Mathan and Prusty wrote in typical style which reads “Dear MP of Kendrapara, aapko naa bhul paayenge hum…. Aapki jhuthe waade ko naa bhul paayenge hum…. Aapki photo khitchwaaneki aadat ko naa bhul paayenge hum….Aapki Dil khush Karne waali duologue ko naa bhul paayenge hum..”.
In social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram flooded with messages condemning the Kendrapara MP Mohanty’s absence during COVID-19 and cyclone Amphan.
