NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: BJD Lok Sabha MP from Kendrapara, Anubhav Mohanty has deeply condole the sad demise of Padma Shri Prakash Rao.
“We had a very old connection.He loved me since I was only a school going boy. We had several occasions together.He was a great man with a great soul.His sudden demise has left me spellbound. May his good soul RIP.Will Miss ur Love & Blessings Filled Tea Respected Dear Rao Babu,” MP Anubhav Mohanty tweeted @AnubhavMohanty_.
Padma Shri D Prakash Rao passed away while undergoing treatment at the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack on Wednesday. He is survived by two daughters.
The social worker dies following a brain stroke, informed family sources.He was admitted to the hospital after testing positive for COVID-19 on December 25. He was also being treated for kidney-related ailments. Rao was shifted to the ICU of the hospital after his condition deteriorated.
