CUTTACK: Justice Mohammad Rafiq will be new Odisha HC Chief Justice replacing acting Chief Justice, Justice Sanju Panda, sources said on Sunday.
Sources said, Justice Mohammad Rafiq, who is now serving at Meghalaya High Court has been transferred and posted as Odisha High Court Chief Justice by an order of the Supreme Court.
Justice Justice Mohammad Rafiq hails from Rajasthan and has been an outstanding track record in judicial sector.
Justice Mohammad Rafiq ,born on 25 May 1960, presently, he is Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court. He is former Judge of Rajasthan High Court. He has also served as Acting Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court for two times.
