CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR: Justice Jaswant Singh is currently a Judge of the Orissa HC, will be elevated to Chief Justice following the recommendation of Supreme Court Collegium.
The SC collegium had earlier recommended the transfer of Orissa HC Chief Justice S Muralidhar as the Chief Justice of Madras High Court.
Born on February 23, 1961 in Rohtak, Justice Jaswant Singh was elevated as a Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court on December 5, 2007.
