PARADIP/BHUBANESWAR: A different atmosphere prevailed today in Dhinkia village under Ersama tehsil Jagatsinghpur district. Before some days Villagers were opposing today were greeted the District Magistrate Parul Patwari and SP Akhileshwar Singh. A friendly meeting was held with the locals and the district magistrate and the SP at the Dhinkia Panchayat office this afternoon.
